Strategic planning boils down to three simple questions: "Where are we?" "Where do we want to go?" And, "What is it going to take to get there?" Though the questions are simple enough, finding the answers can be challenging. Success requires an attitude of cooperation to gather relevant information, the ability to actively listen, identification of desires and goals and development of effective solutions that will take you where you want to go.
During the last ten years of providing technology solutions I've worked hard to hone these skills, and the results speak for themselves.
